The  Pepper Power P-10 Cone unit is the most utilitarian way to dispense controlled amounts of OC onto a subject. The Cone unit’s smaller, more uni-directional spray pattern, and inhalable particle size make it the most common choice for routine subject restraint or self-defense. Because this unit delivers a smaller volume of its contents per burst, when compared to the Fogger, and inhalability it the best trade-off between effectiveness and contamination. Simply by virtue of its particle size, the cone pattern is not appropriate in situations requiring minimal atmospheric contamination.

The Stream is less affected by air movement so it is more accurate in windy conditions. The Stream unit delivers large droplets directly to a target with minimal area contamination. Simply by virtue of its large, heavy droplet size, the Stream pattern is a good choice for situations requiring target-specific OC delivery.
